1. What will I get if I purchase the training series?

You will receive an e-mail in the next 24-48 hours after your purchase with download instructions and a personal username and password which will give you access to our download area. You will be able to download the video tutorial series to your hard drive.

2. Can I get a DVD copy of the tutorials?

The video tutorial series are offered as a download only and can't be delivered as a DVD, however we encourage you to burn a backup copy of the series once you have completed the download.

3. What do I need to play the video files?

The files are in the latest .flv video format, you will need the most recent version of Adobe Flash Player installed on your web browser.

4. Are the videos compatible with PC and MAC?

Yes, as long as you have Flash Player installed the videos are platform independent. The series was recorded on a PC, thus the interface of Cinema 4D© as seen on the videos is from a PC, however you will be able to follow from a MAC.

5. What payment options do you offer?

To ensure a safe and easy transaction our system of choice is Paypal©. You can purchase the product using a credit card, a bank account or your Paypal© account.
